No Experience Needed
Overview:
Operate and supervise wheeled vehicles to transport personnel and cargo. Provide critical mobility support for Army operations.
Job Duties:
- Operate vehicles over varied terrain and roadways.
- Manage loading, unloading, and safety of personnel.
Training:
10 weeks Basic Combat Training and 7 weeks Advanced Individual Training with classroom, simulation, and over 200 hours of hands-on vehicle training.
Skills You’ll Learn:
- Oversee proper loading and unloading of cargo on vehicles and trailers.
- Identify, correct, or report vehicle deficiencies.
- Prepare vehicles for movement by air, rail, or vessel.
Requirements:
- U.S. citizen or I-551 cardholder.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
- Good health with no physical limitations.
Compensation:
- Housing, medical, and food allowances.
- Special pay and vacation time.
